Non-scale victory of the week!

Certainly did well at work w passing up food there, but at times hungry as prepping food for Whole 30 is much more involved. My work schedule, not so great sleeping and trying to carve out a new life in a new state myself is exhausting...

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Prepping better breakfasts and getting to work earlier, by at least 4:40 a.m. to have a few minutes to eat ????

Make 2 new Whole 30 recipes, really connected with difference between am I hungry or just tired and continue to daily record my food on MyFitnessPal.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

More exercising besides my Fitbit walking steps. Time constraints after my 5 am-1 pm work hrs. Still trying to regulate my body to those hrs.

To continue eating Whole30, saying no thank you to treats/food at work (work in a food store ??) and get to bed consistently earlier.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Basically self control to say no, not just think it, when it come to living out decisions I'm making to choose healthier foods for my body health - the mind game. And persevering with my workouts after my 5am-1pm job in a food store

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Start Whole 30 w friends at work as need to take the inflammation of wheat, sufar and salt out of my diet. Workout 2-3x this week along with enjoying horseback riding lessons and getting more sleep. Start meal planning again.
