I am so worried I am not going to make my goal! I had some things happen right after the dietbet started that we out of my control that meant a lot of traveling and food made by others. At least we have almost two more weeks left!

So my exercise is not traditional due to cardiac restrictions. However I was able to walk around most of the afternoon with my mom as we shopped for her wedding gown. It was such an incredible change to be able to walk around with her, I don't have to use my walker anymore and I wasn't constantly looking for a chair. Life is so good!! :)
