Non-scale victory of the week!

I did a GREAT job during a gym visit running! Ran more than ever before, and at a slightly faster pace.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

My eating hasn't been very great, so I need to get that under control. I'm not sure I'll make my DietBet, which - I guess, better for all my friends who will get a little bit more in the pot in the end! It's easy to get discouraged by that fact, though.

How many days did you exercise last week?

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Stay within calorie goals for the day, exercise three times this week, burn at least 500 calories during a single exercise period (shooting for around 300 for the other two)

Non-scale victory of the week!

Last Friday, I spent about an hour straight in the gym and proved to myself that, despite totally lapsing in exercise during the super-busy holiday season, I hadn't TOTALLY lost all the ability and endurance I had built up prior to that. It gave me some serious motivation and optimism going forward!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Today, I ordered a giant fattening pasta plate. I wish I had been more disciplined and ordered a healthier option - but I also don't really regret the pasta.
