Non-scale victory of the week!
I did a GREAT job during a gym visit running! Ran more than ever before, and at a slightly faster pace.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
My eating hasn't been very great, so I need to get that under control. I'm not sure I'll make my DietBet, which - I guess, better for all my friends who will get a little bit more in the pot in the end! It's easy to get discouraged by that fact, though.

Stay within calorie goals for the day, exercise three times this week, burn at least 500 calories during a single exercise period (shooting for around 300 for the other two)
