Non-scale victory of the week!

Went skiing for the 2nd time ever. I took a lesson and I was really proud of myself for trying something new and giving it my all.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Eating was a bit all over the place this week. It was my birthday so everyone was trying to spoil me with food and it was really hard to control my choices. I dealt with it okay but I could have been much better

I resisted drinking delicious juice and mixers as “dry January” is over and I stuck with soda water and vodka when I went out with friends, still had an awesome time!

Drink water and make it to the gym 1 more time.

Night eating and snacking. Meals have been good but need to control cravings throughout the day.

went to the mall and managed to buy pants from a store where I wasn't sure I could fit into their pants! Woohoo!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to work on my dinner prep and not nibbling or craving a hot chocolate before bed. Tea instead!
