Non-scale victory of the week!
Had to tighten my belt this week and I fit in pants that are 2 sizes down from what I typically wear!!! Prepped all meals this week and followed my meal plan!

I did zero cardio this week so I’m going to make sure I add cardio into my day.

Fasted cardio daily, a gallon of water per day, at least 6 power hours (the workouts at my gym).
