Not eating a million different things at work.....I work at a really good restaurant so it can be really hard to avoid the temptation. I also haven't had any energy drinks or alcohol since I started this and I'm thrilled!!!!

More exercise for sure. I should've gone to more of my kickboxing classes than I did.
