Hitting 20k steps in ONE day! New PR for me

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I actually felt I did quite well this week! I added 500 steps to make 11k a day on my fitbit goal and I blew that away each day.

My North Face size XL actual winter coat now fits!!!!!!! My sweet boyfriend bought it for me Dec 2016 when unfortunately I was at my heaviest non pregnancy weight of 229 lbs. It now zips up and I can wear a size XL !!!
