Non-scale victory of the week!

All my clothes are getting to big.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

More cardio. But unfortunately I couldn't do to my car wreck I was in.

Keep pushing to lose this weight. I've cut back a lot and will keep pushing to do my best to meet my goal weight.

Shouldn't of had the cookie and eat less portion wise.

Fitting into a smaller pair of jeans and meal prepping.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

More cardio and cut more bad foods out. I cut a lot, but need to cut more.

To stick to my goals and not give in to the bad foods or any candy. Keep up the cardio along with my workout.
