I've done really good. Only 1 cheat. (I had a bottle of hard mountain dew)

I think my recent weight gain is water retention from having alcohol in my system So I'm not gonna let it get me down.

All right. Day 1 of diet changes, It's 8:35 and I've already set my stove on fire and I'm pretty sure I'm starting my period, Nice and bloated and looking like craps....but,I guess its an even better motivator feeling and looking this big. Gonna do this. Seriously gonna do this right. :) Eating like craps,only makes me feel worse. Gotta get healthy.

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Grab and go foods are SO much easier with 4 kids. I need to actually watch what I eat and no more cookies for dinner.
