Avoiding fast food after a night of drinking.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I didn’t go out for drinks after Gala. I went back and entered my LoseIt calories for the days I stopped tracking. I went on treadmill walk.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I should have curbed my drinking on Thursday. I could have also continued tracking through the stress.

I only ate half of my dinner at Agave on Saturday night. Met with Jacqui. Drank lots of water.

More control over my alcohol consumption. Walking/moving on treadmill.
