  • I am 3 days postpartum! 😅 But hoping to take baby steps (no pun intended) this year. Watch the snacking for the first month, improve meals/nutrition month 2, and hopefully I'll be able to start working out month 3! Although this is baby 3, it was my first c-section, so I'm feeling a little less sure what to expect.

Congratulations! For a quick second reading your post I thought "Wait did I get hacked and someone's posting about my week?" I'm 4 days postpartum, also with number 3.
Good luck Momma! You can do this. Focus on eating right and listen to your body on the activity/exercise.

Beautiful!! Congrats! And definitely take baby steps. Remember It took 9 months to build that beautiful baby so it can come off slowly too!!
