Non-scale victory of the week!

continued working out. continued to evaluate what foods helped my body. turns out I needed carbs. once I started to eat some healthy carbs my scale moved again and broke my 2week stall.

it was ok. I obsessed over the scale. even today I realized the picture I got you couldn't see the numbers and got all concerned i had to retake after a full day of eating.

Usual when I have my cycyle I do a lot of snacking and chocolate eating. not this week!

I allowed myself to get a little too stressed over " period gain" which I know happens every month and comes off but being close to eeigh in i allowed myself to worry too much
