I had a really rough week or two food-wise but I haven’t given up so that’s a good NSV!

In every single way... I got married and it was almost two weeks of absolute trash eating and drinking - I’m very very bloated!

I’ve been waking up easier! It feels like a normal thing to actually get up in the morning and go without 20+ minutes of struggling lol.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

At the beginning of the week I was eating pretty poorly and slipped a little bit on my calorie counting but I caught on and corrected it right away!
