Non-scale victory of the week!
I am wearing 1-2 sizes smaller!!! I started a new family dinner program 2 weeks ago. My 2 sons & I have to each find a new recipe with certain healthy criteria each week and each person has to cook it & clean up afterwards. I’m killing a lot of birds with 1 stone here. At the end of each meal, we all anonymously give our feed back in 5 categories. I average the categories and give the meal a score. I put the recipe with a picture in a notebook. So, every once in a while, we can start recycling those recipes. This has helped me a lot in guaranteeing 3 healthy meals. We can order Uber Eats one night. We do left overs another night. We have a fend night & I usually cook something another night.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
I’m going to a friends house on Tuesday. While I’m there, my goals are to get up early and jog, do lunges, curb kicks, push ups, & etc. that I can in here neighborhood. While at home, my goals are to go to Camp transformation every day in the morning; and go to private training in the afternoon. I am preparing for foot surgery on Aug. 3rd. I want to be the best I can be by then for a quicker recovery.
