Non-scale victory of the week!

I tracked my food everyday and hit the gym 5 days this week

Gotten more sleep

I'm starting to gain some weight from working out which has exposed a flaw in this dietbet game system to me. I'm still losing BF but slowly gaining weight as I put on muscle which is discouraging. I'm going to have to double my cardio for the week and see if it makes a difference.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I had a surprise lunch meeting today and ordered a bunless burger with no condiments. I had a side green salad with olive oil and lemon juice in order to keep to my Keto Diet :) Another MASSIVE non-scale victory would be that my wife just received 25!!! pints of ice cream that she won through an instagram contest and I have not indulged a single spoonful!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I probably could have gone harder at the gym, but seeing as it was my first week back after a long hiatus, I didn't want to injure myself.
