I took the stairs instead of the elevator most days at work this week.

I did s lot of walking. I even went for a walk when my walking buddy canceled.

I could have made a couple better choices with eating to have stayed with in my calorie range.

I increased my intensity on my treadmill workouts for a couple of day & I ate better yesterday.

I can continue to focus on saying yes to doing activities that I want to do instead of eating food because it is there.
