Non-scale victory of the week!

I completed my 3rd week of stepbet. I was also under my calorie deficit for the week. My body decided to jump up a kilo and hang there. Heading towards round 3!!!! Hopefully the water woosh happen.

nothing. I am proud of my work even if the scale is wonky.
