Non-scale victory of the week!

Stayed strong with my eating plan through morning sickness and exhaustion! Even though the scale is not moving I can see my body changing and losing inches.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I would have like to get some low impact exercise in.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I’m definitely getting smaller!!! My clothes fit better, I’m working out regularly, and keeping to my diet. I am really frustrated that my weight went up this week, everything I read said that could be my body adjusting to weight lifting (4th week of lifting regularly) but it’s still disappointing to see the number go the wrong way.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Aside from the number on the scale this week, I actually felt really good about the week.
