I feel like I’m working hard and eating right but the scale isn’t showing it. It hasn’t moved in over a week

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Losing weight and keeping it off. I can be strict on diet but as soon as I cheat I feel like I binge and then gain the weight back. I use my period as an excuse too! “Oh I don’t feel good so it’s ok”.
