Non-scale victory of the week!

This week, I ended up getting sick and unable to work out like I had planned to. I just had to walk and take it easy.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I feel the week before cost me, I could have lost more had I tried.

I would like to just keep the momentum going and lose more weight in February.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I was able to buy small scrubs, there a tad tight but I’m hopeful they will fit soon!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Everything! Haha but really. I’ve just been struggling with my diet. Not following my plan like I should!

Non-scale victory of the week!

buying size small scrubs, there a tad tight but i am hopeful, if i drink enough water and workout that wont be an issue too long.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I struggled a lot this week. Just being tired from working my 12h shift work, and coming home and cooking. I was just too exhausted, so I would pick something up. And I ordered food at work.

Get my diet choices back in check and drink more water. Its so satisfying when your pee is clear! haha

Non-scale victory of the week!

I was able to go out with friends enjoy myself and still manage to lose weight. I was able to go sledding with my son and we both fit on his little sled and we had the time of our lives.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I feel I could have just made better choices overall. My sleep this week seems to be suffering the most.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I worked 12h shifts this week, and not eating junk on nights is hard. But I managed I only brought fruit and snacked on that instead of junk food!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have cut back on my iced coffee full of sugar

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I want to cut back on sugar and make healthier choices. Life only gets busier and busier,I keep saying oh tomorrow I'll be better. But I need to end this cycle and just make the difference today. I didnt eat awful but I could have made better choices. I compared my scrub photos from the summer to today and its hard to see the difference in scrubs but I know changes are being made.

Maintaining after reaching goal, Ive been there once or twice and have never been able to maintain.
