Non-scale victory of the week!

I didn't gain 12 pounds. I did resist temptation after a hard day once.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Everything. I ate like garbage, did not work out, and had no motivation to do anything.

I resisted all carbs, however I gained a pound.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I was very hungry, so I ate a lot. If I can reduce seconds and practice portion control I should be good.

I have resisted several tempting Foods. I was not perfect, but I felt good and the Cravings are starting to subside.

I had a cheat day. But somebody made me their world famous chicken and dumplings for the first time, it would be rude to refuse.
