I thought I was doing ok. I'm more mindful of eating, but seeing my weight go up makes me wonder what I'm doing wrong.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I need to stay in course even on special occassions days. Idk fully understand the pattern that has had me losing a little and gaining a bunch, consistently for the past year. I have gained all I lost the previous year and then some!
