I want to be my healthiest self. I asked God to help me with my health once, realizing that He always does His part but I wasn't doing mine. This led to me losing 140 lbs almost 10 years ago. Keeping it off is another story! Still, I'm down 120.

I resisted breakfast cookies for snack at Judith's and gourmet cookies at Milk and Honey Cafe.

I caught myself going off plan and actually spit food out that I wasn't supposed to eat

IT will be a challenge with being at Camp, so I will have to be very mindful of eating. Exercise is built I with all the walking, so "Yay!"

I thought I was doing ok. I'm more mindful of eating, but seeing my weight go up makes me wonder what I'm doing wrong.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to stay in course even on special occassions days. Idk fully understand the pattern that has had me losing a little and gaining a bunch, consistently for the past year. I have gained all I lost the previous year and then some!
