My workouts are definitely getting stronger and my pants feel different

I guess meal planning. We didn’t plan this week and ended up making things that we are really bored of so we were full but not satisfied after most meals

Went to try on dresses for a work party and EVERYTHING fit. I usually have to choose whatever fit me regardless of how much I like it, this time I had to pick through and decide which ones not to buy because they all fit me perfectly.
