finally getting bloodwork and annual checkup done!

weather kept me busy, but I wasn't able to work out as much as I would have liked.

Kept myself to a minimum with the candy!!

Although I hit the gym a lot this week, I put on a half pound. I'll eat less snacks (candy) this week

Only had half a donut on our harvest day, instead of like 3. Lol.

Got a bunch of cleaning and Halloween decorations up!

Took a nasty fall on my bike so had to take a few days off from the gym, but I'm back at it again

Only let myself have one indulgence at the fair (and I couldn't even finish it because I'm not used to eating such fatty foods and it gave me a stomach ache)

Went camping with three dogs, and dragging them all over a beach was a huge calorie burn!

Haven't hit the gym all week but have stayed constantly in check with my diet and have maintained a high activity level.
