Non-scale victory of the week!

I had this ‘back fat’ goal this month, and I accomplished it! I no longer roll out of the back of my bathing suit.. it’s it with planks and my version of a pull up!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I have lost 80% of my cellulite in my legs and my skin is clearing up! Cutting down meat by products has made me feel better and more energized! Still a long way to go but a great month diet wise!
