Non-scale victory of the week!

I haven’t ate as many sweets I have significantly decreased my Diet Coke intake I have drank about 90 oz of water daily

Non-scale victory of the week!

I did meal prep for all my days at work. I resisted temptation to overeat at home on one night

They had m&ms at work and I ate quite a few. This was the first dessert I had all week
