Non-scale victory of the week!

My bday was this weekend and I skipped all the sugar and cake! Even had a keto dinner. Stayed on track all weekend but ended up eating way too many nuts.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not eat so much nuts, shouldnt have eaten those “protein bars”

Did a workout sess on sat and tues with Justin, ate great, refused alcohol. Really focused. Paid off.

Nothing - i stayed on track and kept focused

Non-scale victory of the week!

Ended my last diet bet and had a wine tour this weekend. Decided to enjoy myself on sunday and give myself some wiggle room for this diet bet. Gained some pounds but plan to be back to 155 by friday.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Busted my ass and got to my lowest last fri. Feelin good. I mean i feel like shit after the weekend but i planned on that haha.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Went out last night with friends but didnt even cheat on the diet, didnt drink and still went to workout in the morning. I dont know why the scale is not budging.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I have no idea, i have been great. I was 155.6 on monday and now i weight more? Cool. Feeling a little discouraged. I feel good, but this doesnt seem fair with all the effort i am putting in.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Not sure why the scale didnt budge, the only thing I can think of that wasnt part of a healthy life style was the 2 slices of pizza I ate on Saturday. Other than that I was great. I think I am going to try and eat more throughout the day. I do feel great though.

The only this would be the pizza on Saturday - other than that I have been great. Maybe I need to eat more.
