Non-scale victory of the week!

I logged everything that went into my mouth so I could adjust my daily calories as needed for both fueling for exercise and also eating a little less the day after I had a big dinner out.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Tapered my alcohol intake. I had several evening work events, and I'd like to limit those to 1 drink per outing.
