No junk food. Stayed on track but missed yesterday’s walk.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Challenge One: Eating. Really! Like most food but prefer sugar. Challenge Two: Have been on antidepressants after severe illness for nearly 25yrs! Will be on for life. Always weighed 103; depressants cause weight gain. Challenge Three: Am Midwesterner, like “normal” veggies and meat; non-fishy fish and seafood and most fruits. Need to find meal plan that I’ll actually eat!
