Non-scale victory of the week!

No pop since Jan 1st, and no bread/pasta except for multi!grain flatbread twice when we've had Subway for dinner!! 6 pounds gone!!????

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Im really sticking to the food part of the diet, now to start the exercise part along with it!
