I can now fit into clothes I wore before having my second child.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I figured out that salt was setting me back. From Friday to Wednesday, I lost 5 pounds! So thankful to have found that out at this stage in the game.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Maybe if I knew about the salt thing sooner, my weight loss would have been better.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I need to keep up what I'm doing. I wanted to lose more than 7.2 pounds but I didn't gain 51 pounds in a month and I'm not going to lose it in a month. Slow, steady progress is still progress. I can't be disappointed in 7.2 pounds.
