Resisting eating a plate of fries when they gave me the wrong dinner.

I could have walked more often but on Thursday my legs were dead from my PT session.

Maintain my fasting and healthy choices. Continue with the PT and daily moving my body. Continue with making choices that get me closer to my goals.

Resisting binge eating due to stress of going to a in-laws funeral which was a 7hr drive from home.

Walked more. The place we went to was super hilly n my legs were dead from PT Tuesday.

Sticking to my eating plan, despite having my period And walking the dog, 5 out of 7 days.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have gone to the gym, but my anxiety got the better of me to avoid a gym full of people with “new year new me” resolutions.

Getting over my virus that had me bed bound for 5 days.

Everything. I ate like an asshole but that stops today. I know keto works for my body so I’m getting back to it.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I had ZERO nsv’s in the last game. I was already up 2.4kg before I even left for my holiday due to a bad few days and then my period. On holiday, I ate like an asshole. I found it very difficult in America to choose foods that were low in carbs (soooo many hidden carbs!) and to focus on things that weren’t food related. Everything revolves around food and the portion sizes were huge. The plan was to share meals with my partner but we could t because I love cheese and he is dairy intolerant.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Everything. Since being back Tuesday, I’ve lacked the ability to knuckle down for my diet and refocus on my goals. I’m hoping that once the panic of being home (with soooo much $$ left in my bank than we anticipated and the lead up to Christmas) has worn off, things will start to get moving in the right direction.

First December- refocus on keto. Hit the gym. Clear up this chest infection. Get back to walking the dog daily.
