Non-scale victory of the week!
Drinking a lot more water than usual. Replacing almost everything I drink with water isn't easy... But I think I'm starting to get used to it.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Control my cravings. I've done well at eating smaller portions but I need to think of a better way to ward off cravings - maybe replacing with healthier snacks?

More water! Better sleep - earlier bedtime. Healthier snacking and spreading smaller meals throughout the day.
