Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I don’t have a thyroid and I’m on synthroid. Ever since I had my thyroid out several years ago I have gained a large amount of weight. My age plays a factor. It’s also a challenge for me to stay away from coke.
