I ate very unhealthy the last few weeks, really struggled to get workouts in as well. My goal going forward is to meal prep at least 1x week and get in 5 workouts.

took two days off and just enjoyed my food didnt track meals, but kept up with my workouts. I think the extra lbs are from over indulging. But back to it today!
