I had lost more but gained some recently. I started the keto diet and lost a decent amount of weight but gained several pounds in the last few days. I cheated and had a high carb meal. I must be more strict next time

I have been working out pretty hard. Average 10,000 to 17,000 steps a day. I do walk/jogs every day between 4-9 miles. Even tho I don’t feel like it, I am out there pushing it every day. Tho not sure if I would be pushing this hard if dietbet and RunBet weren’t involved

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I was down several more pounds a couple days than the scale says now but the salty food I ate the past 2 days (which wasn’t unhealthy but was salty) and that added several pounds. They will come back off if I drink a lot of water and no salty food this next week. I am not drinking enough water so I will do better on that.
