... I just realized you were the person who's comment I responded to about some health issues and how yoga could help you with that! In that case, I would suggest Dr. Yoga House Call, Yoga Quick Fixes, Mediation For Beginners and Beyond, or Fat Free Yoga. They all have special breathing exercises, etc., for different health complaints. Also, check out the Yoga & Health Archive A-Z on RaviAna.com. The yogis address lots of health questions. For example, here's a link to a page where they talk about fibromyalgia: http://www.raviana.com/faq_82.html

P.S.: Not sure which picture of salad you were talking about, but if you click on any of the pictures on my profile, you should see a description beneath it. The most recent photo (of salad), for instance, has a description of everything I put in it-- black beans, onions, cilantro, bell pepper, and more. :)

Hi! Thanks for posting on my profile. :) Hope you have a great day! You asked "which yoga did you purchase;" I LOVE all the DVDs by RaviAna (check out their website for further info). I own several. The 1st one I ever did (years ago) was Yoga Beauty Body, and it's a great starting workout, but one of my favorite, more intense ones is The Body Electric. It's a more recent one, and higher quality production, too. But I love the music/sets used in all their DVDs, unlike the annoying ones I see in many other workout DVDs. I even ended up going to a retreat hosted by the yogis who made these DVDs, Ravi Singh and Ana Brett. Hope you like them, too. I believe they have some available for purchase as instant video on Amazon for only $1.99 or something, so that might be a good place to start. <3

It is very hard. I had to keep my oldest home from school today because he was sick in the middle of the night. Fortunately, he's better today and I was able to put my 20 minutes in with the DVD.

I haven't tried 30 day Shred & Shed. Thank you for telling me your thoughts on the two DVD's. My issue is I buy Jillian's DVD's and lose motivation and never finish the 30 days or 6 weeks etc. I'm going to complete Ripped in 30 this time all the way through to the best of my ability.
