What are your goals for the upcoming week?

My goals for this week is to meal prep tonight so I have healthy meals ready to go for this week, and to work out Monday - Thursday for at least 30 min a day. I leave for a weekend trip to Austin and I know it may be difficult to eat super healthy but at least i can start strong so I don't feel too guilty on my trip.
