Non-scale victory of the week!
I resist ice cream and arequipe (dulce de leche from Colombia). it has been hard be used my body is retaining fluids due to my period coming. So, just now I reached my goal.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Eat less carbs so I could teach my goal like 5 days before the due date.
