Non-scale victory of the week!

started doing more meal prep, consciously adding foods that would be beneficial to me, and avoiding foods that would trigger my sweet tooth. trying very hard to remain distracted and hydrated during those times that I know hunger will strike... afternoons after lunch or workouts, around 10-12 just before my fast is over, and at night, when unwinding to watch TV.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

definitely consistency with exercise... not just make a break day into a break week.
