Whatever your reasons, finding a workout or workouts you enjoy makes it that much easier to stick to your workout goals. Also pick a time a day that you can consistently workout so it becomes your norm, a regular part of your daily routine.

My whole body feels good when I swim. I usually try to swim a mile in 45 minutes. But I’m thinking about investing in a Peloton for home. Anyone have one??

    When the hunger hits be prepared with those healthy easy accessible snacks. This will help you avoid grabbing for the junk food. A little prep and planning will result in some big results!!!

    Some ideas could include whole fruits, nuts, baby carrots, yogurt and hard-boiled eggs........

    What quick and healthy snacks do you keep around to help keep hunger in check?

    I love having pistachios in the pantry. I splurge with this item and get them shelled!

This week i'm having in-season cherries with roasted, unsalted almonds for afternoon snacks. I also always keep a box of mini Kind bars around for times when i dont have time for prep.

  • Second to mindset, I think diet is the part of our weight loss plan that makes the biggest difference. There are a lot of popular diets out there and a lot of eating strategies.

    What works for you? What has come the closest to being your favorite eating strategy for weight loss plan? For me, my greatest success has come from tracking my calories and upping my intake of fruit and vegetables. So what is your current food plan?

I do a dirty keto. It's been 7 months and it is literally the only diet I have not struggled with and also have been able to stick to for an extended period of time

    ** Starting on Friday there will be a post asking if you completed the challenge, that is where you will comment if you completed it. You will have until Saturday at 12 PM (noon) PST to report in. Everyone who completes this challenge and reports in will get their name in the drawing for a $20 Amazon gift card!
