I’m really stuck right now. Hit a major plateau. I am eating sooooo well, staying within my 1200 calories, but the scale isn’t moving :(. I need to exercise and walk more to try and break through it. So frustrating but I’ll keep going

Non-scale victory of the week!

Boyfriend and his sons wanted in-n-out for dinner. Double Doubles, fries and large cokes. I got a hamburger, no spread and an iced tea. No fries, no soda... I was fine with the small plain burger... just the taste of it was good enough for me. Had a tangerine for dessert and stayed within my calories for the day. WIN WIN AND WIN!!! ❤️❤️

More exercise!!
