Non-scale victory of the week!

I had to meet a friend to pick an order and she said “well we’re over here at Duncan Donuts, can you meet us here?” I actually met her and left without eating anything and I did not feel deprived at all!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I met a friend for lunch and enjoyed a great salad while she ate her hot fudge cake and it didn’t even bother me!

I saw 170’s on the scale! It was a few days before weigh in, and at weigh in I weighed 180.3 but at least I saw it! It has gave me encouragement to not splurge before the next diet bet begins!
