Non-scale victory of the week!

I can bend over and tie, pick up things. And, I can feel my depression lifting.

Put 100% into my workouts. It's a mental fight.

I was able to go for a walk when I was mad instead of eat.

Cut my meals in half, which is probably about 2 servings. I'm paying more attention to my portions.
