Non-scale victory of the week!

I've been very demotivated, despite eating healthy and exercising regularly I kept seeing the weight go up. Fluctuations, from 232 to 235....I couldn't understand as my calorie intake was now 1500 cals, well below my recommended 1700 for weight loss. I was exercising on average 400 to 500 calories four times a week. And being more active in my life too, just walking more, taking stairs and all that. Nothing was budging. Then on the weekend I went out with a friend and we drank and ate very badly as I was just totally demotivated. Guess what? My body needed that, next morning my weight was down significantly to 231.8. Finally a budge in the right direction. My only fear, tomorrow it will fluctuate back to 235. But I gota watch the salt drink lots of water and keep my diet lean. Now that a cheat weekend is over, gota keep going. I'm motivated again with ten days to go! Wish me luck.

Got a nice massage in and got some good ol RnR in as well over the weekend

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Possibly not pushed my workouts so much, I almost caused injury to my quads as they were burning so bad that it took almost 2 days for them to recover. And I am pretty active already.

Overcame a super challenging week at work thanks to my new lifestyle of waking up at 5am for the gym. It energizes me for the whole day!

Possibly Excercise harder. Need to do more HIIT
