Non-scale victory of the week!

Resisting to give up

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Better time management! I wish I could've done a lot of things as I had planned but of course everything got in the way that needed me to handle it: sick babies, two jobs, it was soo hot for a few days which I loved the sweating for myself but made my two daughters miserable with their colds, a lot of people needing help. I wanted to lose way more than i did.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Walking and working it everyday. I'm happy that I get to share this experience with my boyfriend and daughters. We got out of the house and got to know our neighborhood a little better. And I RAN!!!

Long-term goal weight

180 lbs

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

TIME!!! Ugh, it always seems I don't have enough time in one day to do everything. From working 2 jobs, juggling 2 kids (9 & 1), helping my parents with their companies and transporting my family to and from work and school and all the things that end up in my basket...STRESS. I plan to plan to plan and that's where things sit...IN PLANNING!

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Sleep: To get in some much needed sleep. Most nights I sleep maybe 4 - 5 hours and then the rollercoaster of life starts and runs over and over. Need to turn off my mind and sleep. Exercise: I miss lifting weights! I think start it off slow by walking with my baby when I get home in the morning and add in some light lifting and work from there. Oh and walking in the afternoon on some days. Diet: Cut the soda and juices. Water, sparkling water, tea and green drinks. We've already started on the path to vegetarian. Let's keep it up.
