Non-scale victory of the week!

The scale went in the right direction... Managed to cut out all of my treats and drank lots of water. Started looking at my clothes I have not work for so long to try to keep me motivated

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Stop thinking about food. Its on my mind all the time. Always debating with myself as to what can eat and what I cant. Such a battle.

Dont see it as a diet with restrictions. See it as a choice to eat healthy resulting in being happier and healthier.

Non-scale victory of the week!

massively reduced the sugar snacks and treats since signing up to Dietbet. increased my water too, only problem is I'm peeing like a racehorse! I'm going to start doing some exercise from tomorrow. Its hard to d any being so heavy, nut even if I do 5 mins on the elliptical, it will be a good start.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

not allowed night time cravings to win. I did make good choices when I ate, but I regret the couple of sweets that I gobbled too.

Sleep more - only sleeping 3 hrs per night at the moment. Drink a gallon of water per day. No artificial sugar. no flour and no food after 7pm
