I did well with doing my exercises and I fit into a small jacket that I haven't been able to ever.

late night snacking is still getting me. I think I could see more movement on the scale if I could start back up my IF

I didn't get a chance to work out as much, but I did really good with all of the birthdays with not over eating!

I started walking and biking again after my hospital trip. I was worried it would take me a long time to bounce back but it went quicker than I thought .

eating better and more - I'm still not feeling 100% and I'm having a hard time eating.
