Non-scale victory of the week!
I am back to a completely vegan diet! AND I MET MY ROUND ONE GOOOOALLL!! I guess that’s a scale victory... but I’m still so poud!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I do wish I had worked out more. I only did some cardio but other than that I did nothing.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
I want to be consistent every day in being below my calorie goal. I have been meeting it/going a teeny bit over and losing weight at a good pace, so that motivates me to see how quickly I can lose staying UNDER my calorie range! I also want to be more positive with myself. I’m having a hard time seeing a change and it’s getting me down, even though logically I know I am improving and that this first round is only going to me a small change. I need to be patient and trust that by the end of this thing I am going to meet my goal.
