Non-scale victory of the week!

I am back to a completely vegan diet! AND I MET MY ROUND ONE GOOOOALLL!! I guess that’s a scale victory... but I’m still so poud!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I do wish I had worked out more. I only did some cardio but other than that I did nothing.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I want to be consistent every day in being below my calorie goal. I have been meeting it/going a teeny bit over and losing weight at a good pace, so that motivates me to see how quickly I can lose staying UNDER my calorie range! I also want to be more positive with myself. I’m having a hard time seeing a change and it’s getting me down, even though logically I know I am improving and that this first round is only going to me a small change. I need to be patient and trust that by the end of this thing I am going to meet my goal.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I’ve been practicing intermittent fasting these past few days and it’s been amazing! I only had one day where I was really hungry during the fast window and now I’ve found that my appetite has actually decreased by a lot. I’ve only been eating one mean a day which honestly doesn’t feel restrictive because it can be a fairly large meal and be a huge calorie deficit! I am so happy about this and I actually might make my diet bet goal on friday!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Reduce stress. Stress from college is really beating me down but on the bright side might be helping me lose weight haha Also although I’m losing very quickly this week I can feel that my calorie deficit is too large as I am not feeling as energetic as usual.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I was eating pretty poorly last week and bloated right up BUT after only a few days of eating very carefully it dropped back down so I am VERY happy

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I do wish I would have stayed on track. I had a huge initial woosh of weightloss that made me cocky and loose track of my eating a bit. I bever had a really high calorie day but I did eat a LOT of salty food which ballooned me right back to around my start weight :( thankfully it seems like it was all mostly water weight! I don’t know if I’ll be able to reach my goal for my first dietbet but I will be super vigilant these next couple days! Super clean eating ONLY and as much physical activity as I can fit in.
