Non-scale victory of the week!

Made conscience choices in avoiding foods with high salt content. This keeps the scale from spiking in the morning.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Motivated to leave the office at lunch time to take a walk. Working in DC, I’m committing to spending 45 minutes visiting the monuments and museums. This week, the National African American museum.

Resisting those damn chilli haffsmokes from Ben’s Chilli Bowl.
